Good to know

You have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period, calculated from the moment you receive your order. Within this period, you may cancel your purchase without stating a reason.

Conditions

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to revoke your purchase.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We will refund the purchase amount within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Has your order already been shipped? We cannot stop the shipment ourselves, but your right to revoke still applies. You can refuse the package upon delivery, or return it within 14 days of receipt. Please see our return and refund policy for additional information.
